A startup or for a Fortune 500 company, we follow a methodical & consistent approach to every design project we work on
Research – In-depth analysis of users through qualitative & quantitative analysis, ethnographic research, heuristic evaluation (through design audits), & usability testing, along with detailed competitor analysis.
Strategy – Powered by the insights derived in the research stage, we then work towards building a customer-centric product roadmap aimed at enhancing growth, product stickiness & market capture, through increased user engagement.
Design – Rugged information architecture, product mock-ups, user interface design, detailed motion & microinteractions, and finally customized illustrations & icons that set the apt succinct identity for your final product.
Since our inception 17+ years back our work has impacted more than a billion+ users worldwide. We take great pride in making a difference with design.
As an award-winning studio from India, our expertise involves everything that is needed to design (or redesign) a great user experience, including

We care for - Outcomes (results, wins, learnings)
We are result driven & backed with experience. Our clients trust us to deliver results across experiences. Clients like Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Infosys, Emaar etc have mandated us to design new products, scale existing products or disrupt a new market with design.
Kuwait's banking sector is one of the largest per capita in the GCC, and its digital products including mobile banking apps, investment platforms, and corporate treasury tools are actively being modernised to compete with regional neobanks and international fintech entrants.
The UX challenge in Kuwait banking is significant: legacy products built around branch workflows rather than digital-native user journeys, Arabic language requirements, and a user base that has high digital literacy for consumer apps but low tolerance for complex banking interfaces. NetBramha's fintech and finance design practice addresses all of these dimensions.
Kuwait government digital services are under increasing pressure to match the experience standards set by UAE's TAMM and Saudi Arabia's Absher platforms. The gap between what citizens expect and what government portals deliver is significant, and UX design is the most direct intervention.
NetBramha's service design methodology starts with citizen journey mapping, identifying the moments of highest friction and the users most underserved by the current experience, before designing digital interfaces that actually improve on the in-person alternative.
Designing for the GCC market as a whole rather than just Kuwait requires understanding how user behaviour, regulatory requirements, and cultural conventions differ between Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
NetBramha's research capability across the MENA region, combined with its experience designing bilingual Arabic and English products, makes it well positioned to help Kuwait companies build digital products that scale regionally rather than requiring significant localisation investment for each new market.
