We’re looking for a Content Creator Associate who can think, write, communicate & tell stories across formats.

At NetBramha, you’ll turn our design work, ideas, people & point of view into content that engages the right audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing & design teams to create social posts, blogs, newsletters, reels, videos & more.

We’re looking for someone with a strong command of writing, a sharp sense of storytelling, curiosity about design & culture, & a strong sense of ownership.

Create content that brings our design work, thinking, people & studio culture to life.
Write social posts, captions, blogs, newsletters, scripts & other digital content.
Develop ideas for reels, carousels, stories & short-form videos.
Turn design insights, case studies, conversations & everyday moments into engaging stories.
Adapt content for different platforms, formats & audiences.
Research relevant topics across design, digital products, technology & culture.
Spot trends & find creative ways to make them relevant to the NetBramha brand.
Work with the marketing & design teams to take ideas from concept to execution.

What you’ll own

Plan & maintain the content calendar with the marketing team.
Take content from ideas, to research, creation, publishing & learning.
Own the quality, consistency & voice of NetBramha’s content across platforms.
Look for stories & content opportunities - don’t wait for a brief to tell you what to create.
Bring ideas to the table & see them through from start to finish.
Track content performance & use insights to improve future content.
Take ownership of timelines, quality & follow-through without needing to be chased.

Who are we looking for

0-2 years of hands-on content creation experience, with real work you can show us.
A strong writer with excellent command of English, grammar & communication.
Someone who can think independently & turn an idea into clear, original & engaging content.
A natural storyteller who knows how to find the story behind information & make people care.
Someone who can tell stories across formats; from a thoughtful blog or newsletter to a sharp social post or engaging reel script.
Someone who understands how content needs to change across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms.
Curious about design, creativity, digital products, technology & culture.
A proactive, detail-oriented person with a strong sense of ownership.
Someone who can communicate & write independently without relying on AI to do the thinking or writing for them. AI can be a tool, but your writing, thinking & point of view should be your own.
Comfortable with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
A degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field is a plus - but great work matters more than the degree.
A portfolio is strongly encouraged. Show us what you’ve made - reels, posts, blogs, newsletters, scripts, personal projects, pages you’ve built or anything else that reflects how you think & create.
