Visual designers: 2-8 years experience in designing great user interfaces; be it web, mobile or any other digital platform. A stunning portfolio is a must. Needless to say Adobe should be your best friend and you drool over great design than Bangalore chicks.

Front end designers/developers: Browser champion, detailing is second name. Ideal candidates will have a high level of initiative, and an extensive knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (Jquery guru!) and atleast 2 years worth of experience or expertise.

Developers: Strong analytical skills. Atleast 2 years experience in LAMP or agile development. You will be required to work on fast release cycles and next generation digital products. Positions open for 2 developers and 1 tech lead/architect.
