Illustrators : If you can draw stuff on paper or sand or wall you pick what you want as long as you have a creative edge you can fit the bill and of course a mastery in a software that translates it is a must.
Web designers: Creative and the best. Ideal candidates will have a high level of initiative, and an extensive knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and excellent graphic design skills.
Brand managers: Someone who can understand & communicate the clients thoughts & requirements into tangible form and produce results that not only meet but beat client’s expectations. Must be born with skills of an analyst, brand consciousness and a customer is the king attitude.
Marketers: Build client relationships. Close deals. Period.
Interns: and all you people who are bored with their routine life and if you think you want the zest back in your life… students, freelancers drop us a mail, send your portfolio and you may get to be an intern with some unusual people in town.
